Grupo Atabaya, LLC: The subcontractor shall perform Administrative Consulting Services and Technical Assistance for the development of permanent improvement projects, support the management of public assistance grants and the process of requesting services, bidding and administration, supervision and inspection of projects. The term of the contract begins on September 8, 2021 until June 30, 2022 for a maximum amount of $900,000.00.
Vázquez Associates Ingenieros, PSC.: The subcontractor will perform the reconstruction of “Plaza Buenos Aires” under the City Revitalization Program, of CDBG-DR Funds. The term of the contract will be from May 2, 2023 until May 1, 2024. The contract amount will not exceed $205,685.00. SAM Unique Entity Identifier: EMKCHMGQ1NH6.
O & M Consulting Engineering, PSC.: The subcontractor will perform the Design of “Rotonda” and reconstruction of “Acceso PR-129” under the City Revitalization Program, of CDBG-DR Funds. The term of the contract will be from October 31, 2022 until October 31, 2023. The contract amount will not exceed $340,365.07. SAM Unique Entity Identifier: P55NXA11R259.
Iglesias-Vázquez and Associates, PSC: The subcontractor will provide engineering and architecture services, for the reconstruction of “Plaza Pública de Arecibo”, under the City Revitalization Program, of CDBG-DR Funds. The term of the contract will be from May 2, 2023 until April 28, 2024. The contract amount will not exceed $603,240.84. SAM Unique Entity Identifier: F2KQLBKMENY5.
