The term of the contract begins on May 7, 2021 until June 30, 2021. The amount of the contract will be $2,650.00.
Ing. Luis A. De Jesús Rodríguez: The subcontractor will provide Land Surveying Services on the site where was ubicated the old hospital building, located at #58 Santos P. Amadeo street in Salinas Puerto Rico 00751, all as part of the City Revitalization Program (City-Rev Program) under CDBG-DR funds. The term of the contract begins on May 7, 2021 until June 30, 2021. The amount of the contract will be $3,500.00.
Ing. Luis A. De Jesús Rodríguez: The subcontractor will provide Consulting Services, will provide the certification of the current condition of the structure of the "Old Lions Club House" located at Calle Miguel Ten #5 in Salinas Puerto Rico, as part of the City Revitalization Program (City-Rev Program) under CDBG-DR funds. The term of the contract begins on July 21, 2021 until August 31, 2021. The amount of the contract will be $500.00.
Global Survey, PSC.: The subcontractor will provide Land Surveying Services: Topography and Land Measurement Plan for the Construction of a roundabout at the intersection in the PR-180, km 2.1 on the Manuel Gonzalez ride in Salinas as part of the City Revitalization Program (City-Rev Program) under CDBG-DR funds.
