- Description: The purpose of this policy is to protect the right to confidentiality and the protection of confidential and/or sensitive information throughout PRDOH and CDBG-DR program processes. By establishing the importance of a strict adherence to confidentiality measures, trust and credibility are founded in PRDOH CDBG-DR programs.
