SUBCONTRACTORS
- Clever Gap, Inc: The subcontractor shall perform professional services as Marketing Agency. May develop, design and give maintenance of the brand, logo, website, social media channels, press releases and media tour. The term of the contract begins on August 25, 2021 until August 31, 2026. The amount of the contract will be for a maximum amount of $85,000.00.
- Manuel Bermúdez Arquitecto, CSP: The subcontractor shall provide Design and Architecture Services. May develop, design and give maintenance of the brand, logo, website, social media channels, press releases and media tour. The term of the contract begins on October 14, 2021 until January 31, 2022. The amount of the contract will be for a maximum amount of $27,000.00.
- Manuel Bermúdez Arquitecto, CSP (“MBA”) : This is an amendment to the contract of Manuel Bermúdez Arquitecto, CSP, who is providing Architecture and Design services under the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators (SBIA) Program of CDBG-DR Funds. - Astrid Vélez & Alliances L.L.C.: The subcontractor will provide Branding Professional Services, for Fase 1 Intensive participants, under the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators (SBIA), of the CDBG-DR Program. The contract term starts from October 4, 2022, until a period not to exceed the effective period of the subrecipient agreement (SRA), between PRSTRT and PRDOH, ending on June 1, 2025, or as extended by an amendment to the SRA. - Lighthouse Integrated Services Corp.: Amendment A-The subcontractor will provide Interpretation and Translation Services, under the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators (SBIA), of CDBG-DR Program. The Amendment A shall be amended to add Sign Language Interpretation Services to the Scope of Work and Cost Form. All other term and conditions of the subcontract shall remain intact and unaltered.
