Clever Gap, Inc: The subcontractor shall perform professional services as Marketing Agency. May develop, design and give maintenance of the brand, logo, website, social media channels, press releases and media tour. The term of the contract begins on August 25, 2021 until August 31, 2026. The amount of the contract will be for a maximum amount of $85,000.00.
Manuel Bermúdez Arquitecto, CSP: The subcontractor shall provide Design and Architecture Services. May develop, design and give maintenance of the brand, logo, website, social media channels, press releases and media tour. The term of the contract begins on October 14, 2021 until January 31, 2022. The amount of the contract will be for a maximum amount of $27,000.00.
Mantra, LLC: The subcontractor will perform the installation of air conditioning units as part of the remodeling of the Building “C”, facilities of the “Finca Explora” Project, located at Isabela, Puerto Rico, under the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators (SBIA), of CDBG-DR Program. The contract term starts from August 22, 2023, until September 21, 2023. The contract amount will not exceed $20,363.00.
Fersan, LLC: The subcontractor will perform Electrical Work, as part of the remodeling of the Building “C”, facilities of the “Finca Explora” Project, located at Isabela, Puerto Rico, under the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators (SBIA), of CDBG-DR Program. The contract term starts from August 28, 2023, until October 20, 2023. The contract amount will not exceed $22,780.00.
