- Demonax Technical Group, LLC: The subcontractor will perform as Project manager, for the "EDA Warehouse Project Phase 2" project, under the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators Program (SBIA). - AM Business Consultants LLC: The subcontractor will provide Administration and Accounting Consulting, in coordination with Nuestro Barrio project, under the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators Program (SBIA). The contract term is from September 1, 2022, until May 14, 2025, the amount will not exceed $24,000.00 dollars.
- Francisco V. Aquino Serrano: The subcontractor will provide Intellectual Property Consulting and workshops, in coordination with Centro de Innovación Colaborativa, and Nuestro Barrio project, under the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators Program (SBIA). The contract term is from March 15, 2022, until May 14, 2025, the amount will not exceed $15,000.00 dollars.
- Jacqueline A. Mullen Hunt: The subcontractor will perform as a Workshop & Consultation Experts (will provide the following workshops: Introduction to Grants Workshop, Corporate Governance, Proposal Writing part 1, Proposal Writing part 2, under the CDBG-DR Small Business Incubator and Accelerator (SBIA) Program. The contract term will begin on November 01, 2022, until May 13, 2025. The contract amount will not exceed $5,000 dollars.
