Recipient Section 3 plan

The Section 3 plan template is a tool to help recipients complete a Section 3 Plan and be in compliance with HUD’s requirements for complying with Section 3. You can also download a Contractor template plan to provide to your contractors.

The Section 3 Subrecipient Plan will be reviewed by the direct entity you are reporting to. If you are a recipient to PRDOH, please follow the instructions within the PRDOH recipient template to submit.
