Bid Scope: The PRDOH is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Legal Services under the CDBG-DR and CDBG-MIT allocations. The PRDOH is seeking law firms and/or counselors at law with experience and capabilities in a wide range of Legal Services to be placed in a Pre-Qualified List (PQL) with the purpose of eventually contracting legal services.

The period for submitting SOQs is until December 10, 2021 at 4:00pm.
