The Puerto Rico Department of Housing (PRDOH) as grantee of CDBG-DR recovery funds in Puerto Rico must submit their Quarterly Performance Report (QPR) through the Disaster Recovery Grant Reporting (DRGR) System no later than 30 days following the end of each calendar quarter. Within 3 days of submission, each QPR must be posted on the grantee’s official website as stipulated in Federal Register Notice Vol. 83, No. 28 published Friday, February 9, 2018.
QPR for the period ended June 30th, 2021, was submitted through DRGR on July 23rd, 2021, in compliance with the 30 days following the end of the quarter requirement as indicated in the Federal Register.
The Puerto Rico Governor signed Senate Project 86 which restitutes Puerto Rico Constitution Day and Jose Celso Barbosa holidays on July 25th and 27th, respectively. On July 20, 2021, Interim Governor, Omar Marrero, issued a press release indicating that public employees will be able to enjoy July Wednesday 28th , Thursday 29th and Friday 30th as vacations with the motive to celebrate holidays previously mentioned. Since PRDOH was on Holidays shutdown for the week from July 26th to July 30th, the QPR was posted on PRDOH’s website on August 4, 2021, which was the 3rd working day after the QPR was submitted.
