- Requirements: 1. Bachelor of Business Administration with concentration in Accounting of a licensed and/or accredited educational institution, including or supplemented by three (3) credits in Audit or Account Intervention. 2. Ability to examine books, records, financial statements and other documents, to locate and obtain relevant and objective information and data, as well as to detect errors and irregularities therein. 3. Ability to organize information and prepare clear and accurate reports. 4. Knowledge of modern management, interviewing, research and sampling principles and practices. 5. Be bilingual in the languages of English and Spanish.
This position is subject to Section 3 from the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968. Under Section 3, to the greatest extent feasible, job training, employment, contracting and other economic opportunities generated by certain HUD financial assistance shall be directed to low-and very low-income persons and businesses and should receive recruitment or contracting priority.
