  • Description: The CDBG-DR Communications Guide makes certain that programs are visible, accessible, and accountable to the citizens they seek to serve. Communications strategies will include a variety of tasks and methods and invaluable two-way communication techniques that will provide opportunities for feedback from our stakeholders. Communication efforts under these CDBG-DR communication initiatives, will be undertaken by the Puerto Rico Department of Housing (PRDOH), its subrecipients, contractors, vendors, and/or partners. The main goal of all our conscientious efforts is to enhance awareness and understanding of the needs of our citizenry, and other interested parties, and on how they will derive benefit from CDBG-DR key recovery and mitigation programs, whilst maintaining the integrity of the recovery effort and ensuring compliance with cost principles, and citizen participation guidelines, among other regulation.
