SUBCONTRACTORS

  • Elizabeth RĂ­os: The subcontractor will support the staff in managing and administer the program. The consultant’s services will focus on outreach to the community, recruitment of program participants, engagement, and retention of participants through program implementation, monitoring participant progress, gathering data and comply with reporting requirements. The term of the contract begins on February 8, 2022 until February 8, 2023 (12 months). The amount of the contract will be $4,000.00 per month for the service, plus out of pocket expenses associated with such services, up to a total of $60,000.00 dollars.
  • ImageBox: The subcontractor shall provide marketing and communications professional services under the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators (SBIA) Program under CDBG-DR funds. The term of the contract begins on February 11, 2022 until May 11, 2023 (3 months). The amount of the contract will not exceed $9,500.00.
  • Elizabeth Ross: The subcontractor will support the program staff, in managing and administering CDVCA’s Small Business Incubators and Accelerators (SBIA) Program under CDBG-DR funds. The consultant’s services will focus on outreach to the community, recruitment of program participants, engagement, and retention of participants through program implementation, monitoring participant progress, gathering data, and complying with reporting requirements. The term of the contract begins on February 8, 2022, until February 8, 2023 (12 months). The amount of the contract will be $4,000.00 per month for the service, plus out-of-pocket expenses associated with such services, up to a total of $60,000.00 dollars.
  • Ian Fisk: The subcontractor shall provide Program Administration Consulting Services under the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators (SBIA) Program under CDBG-DR funds. The term of the contract is for a period of up to 90 days, April 14, 2022 until July 14, 2022 (90 days). The amount of the contract will not exceed $9,600.00.
  • Edan Marketing Group: The subcontractor shall provide Marketing services under the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators (SBIA) Program under CDBG-DR funds. The term of the contract is for a period of up to 30 days, from April 29, 2022, until May 30, 2022. The amount of the contract will not exceed $1,250.00.
  • Mentor Capital Network: The subcontractor shall Implement Mentoring Program services under the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators (SBIA) Program under CDBG-DR funds. The term of the contract begins on June 1, 2022, until September 29, 2022 (120 days). The amount of the contract will be a maximum amount of $12,400.00 dollars.
  • JosĂ© A. Noa Sánchez: The subcontractor will provide Consultant Services for Investment Readiness Program (IRP) in complying with program execution, administration and reporting requirements, under the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators (SBIA) Program under CDBG-DR funds. The term of the contract begins on September 23, 2022 until December 21, 2022 (90 days). The amount of the contract will not exceed $3,240.00.
  • Cube Group Events: The subcontractor will provide Onsite Personnel, and one Registration Agent (Half Day), for the activity that will take place on October 19, 2022, under the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators Program (SBIA) of CDBG-DR. The contract term will begin on October 06, 2022, until November 06, 2022. The contract amount will not exceed $1,014.00.
  • Fast Break Consulting, LLC: The subcontractor will perform as Professional Service Provider and Experienced Entrepreneurial Education Facilitator, under the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators (SBIA) Program under CDBG-DR funds. The term of the contract begins on March 16, 2023 until July 16, 2023 (4 months). The amount of the contract will not exceed $15,800.00.
  • Cube Group Events: The subcontractor will provide Event Production Professional Services, under the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators (SBIA) Program under CDBG-DR funds. The term of the contract begins on March 16, 2023 until April 15, 2023 (30 days). The amount of the contract will not exceed $1,346.80.
  • Areko Consulting: The subcontractor will provide Consultant Services, under the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators (SBIA) Program under CDBG-DR funds. The term of the contract begins on June 15, 2023 until December 23, 2023 (180 days). The amount of the contract will not exceed $15,000.00.
