- Program Name: Community Energy and Water Resilience Installations Program
- Assignment: $395,000,000
- Description: To address the energy and water system vulnerabilities, the CEWRI Program will provide single-family homeowners energy and water efficiency improvements to promote resilience by installing PV systems with battery backup for critical loads and water storage systems. The CEWRI Program intends to work with and complement existing CDBG-DR R3 Program for homeowners who received assistance for Repair, Reconstruction, or New Construction.
