BETANCOURT LLAMBIAS, ARQUITECTOS, C.S.P.: The subcontractor will provide Architecture, Engineering & Design Services, for the “Edificio Graziani” Project, under the CDBG-DR Funds, City Revitalization Program (CRP). The contract term will start on July 18, 2023, until November 30, 2023. The contract amount will not exceed $300,154.06. UEID: SK64HVA7N5A5.
CARLOS E. BETANCOURT LLAMBIAS, ARQUITECTOS, C.S.P.: Amendment A-The Amendment A serve the purpose of extend the contract term from December 1, 2023 until May 17, 2024. All other clauses, including the budget amount remain unaltered. The subcontract will provide Architecture, Engineering & Design Services, for the “Edificio Graziani” Project, under the CDBG-DR Funds, City Revitalization Program (CRP). UEID: SK64HVA7N5A5.
