- Resilient Strategies Group, LLC.: The subcontractor will coordinate with the Program Manager (Tetra Tech, Inc.) to work with the municipalities, within the assigned region. The positions assigned to the subcontractor are: Business Analyst, Construction Supervision Manager and Administrative Assistant. The subcontractor will provide detailed guidance to subrecipients, who may request or receive allocations under the Infrastructure Programs, including the City Revitalization Program and other service indicate in the scope of work. The contract term will commence on March 1, 2022, until February 28, 2023, unless terminated earlier or extended by written agreement signed by both parties.
