  • Brief Description: According to the approved current Action Plan, Puerto Rico intends to undertake the Non-Federal Match Program hereinafter, "the Program").   • The Office of Marvel & Marchand, Architects, LLP: The subcontractor will provide Professional Services of Architects for the formulation of “Plan de Redesarrollo para la Recuperación de la UPR en Bayamón”, including new design concepts and guidelines to rebuild the University of Puerto Rico, Bayamón Campus, under the Non-Federal Match Program of CDBG-DR.   • Edgar García Landrón DBA Edgar E.   • Environmental Health & Safety Services, Inc.: Amendment A- The subcontractor will provide Professional Services for Design and Supervision under the Non-Federal Match Program (NFMP) of CDBG-DR funds. Amendment A serves the purpose of amending Article 15 - Compensation for Sevices and Payment Account in order to include accounts related to additional PW’s and Article 14 - Term of Contract to extend the term of the contract until June 30, 2024.
