The Investment Portfolio for Growth (IPG) Program seeks to alleviate the exacerbated economic effects of the hurricanes Irma and María in Puerto Rico.

The program promotes and increases food security throughout the Island. It also improves and expands agricultural production related to economic revitalization and the development of activities.

This program provides eligible small businesses with Recovery Grants to assist with storm recovery and business expansion of businesses damaged physically or economically by Hurricanes Irma and/or Maria and new businesses that began as a result of damage caused by the Hurricanes to a prior business.

The program promotes the growth and success of new companies and businesses in the early stages of operation through technical assistance, construction and support from small business incubators and accelerators.

This program helps unemployed and underemployed residents find employment by providing job training in skills related to recovery efforts.
