According to the Grant Agreements executed by the Puerto Rico Department of Housing (PRDOH) and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Puerto Rico has access to approximately $10 billion in CDBG-DR funds for the recovery of the disasters caused by Hurricanes Irma and Maria. The Transparency Portal shows the amount available to Puerto Rico and the amount committed through contracts, MOU’s (Memorandum of Understanding), subrecipient agreements, and other procurement processes.
